Mr. Sau holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Wolverhampton. He is also a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, a Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a CFA charterholder.

Max Burger, via Golien, has been a shareholder and board member of TR Capital since 2011. Mr. Burger is the former Chairman of Apax Partners for Asia. He began his career at Dresdner Bank in Singapore and later joined The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in Munich. After leaving BCG, he joined a family-owned tobacco company. In 1986, he co-founded Corporate Finance Partners AG (CFP). CFP became a member of the Apax Partners Group in 1989. In 2005, Mr. Burger spearheaded Apax´s expansion into Asia and relocated to Hong Kong.
Mr. Burger was Chairman of the EVCA (European Venture Capital Association). In 2009, Mr. Burger retired from his active position as an equity partner at Apax and became CEO of Golien in Hong Kong.
Mr. Burger is a graduate in economics from the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland and holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School.

Léon Seynave has over 30 years of
experience in retail. He is the co-founder

a co-founder of Mitiska, formerly a listed holding company in Brussels with
stakes in several retail companies such as Carpetland, Brantano and AS
adventure.

Michael Shen is a private investor in China and the US. Mr. Shen is the former Deputy Chief Executive Officer at China Taiping Insurance Holdings Company Limited. He joined China Taiping Insurance Holdings Company Limited in 2002 and served as its Chief Financial Officer.
Prior to that, Mr. Shen spent seven years at Goldman Sachs where he developed in-depth knowledge in advising insurance and asset management companies on strategic and operational matters. He served as an Executive Director in the Financial Institutions Group of the Investment Banking Division of Goldman Sachs (Asia) L.L.C.
Mr. Shen graduated as the valedictorian of his class and
received a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service in 1991 from Georgetown
University, where he majored in International Politics/Relations. Mr. Shen
received a Juris Doctorate degree in 1994 from Harvard Law School.

Prior to Korn Ferry, Ms. Sun was the most senior Chinese Partner at Egon Zehnder where she served for more than a decade. Her earlier career was in strategy consulting as a Principal with The Boston Consulting Group and Bain during which time she worked out of their US office in addition to China. She also worked at Danaher as their BD and Corporate M&A Director, Mitsubishi as their Project Manager in Petrochemical business.

role, Ms. Sun lectures at Peking University’s Entrepreneur Club, helping
Chinese entrepreneurs make more informed talent decisions. She is an
